The noodles of London

London’s noodle scene is growing again. Both Tonkotsu ramen and Shoryu ramen are expanding. Tonkotsu are opening their sixth ramen bar, this time in Notting Hill, while Shoryu are focusing on thick, silky udon noodles at their new restaurant Ichiryu. The noodles are freshly made and served hot or cold with a variety of modern and traditional toppings.
